Welcome to bendy & badass!

We'reĀ here to help you live your best bendy life

I'm Libby Hinsley

I'm a doctor of Physical Therapy and Certified Yoga Therapist specializing in the treatment of hypermobility syndromes, chronic pain and yoga-related injuries. As a person living with Hypermobile  Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, I am committed to raising awarenes about hypermobility syndromes and offering resources to help my fellow zebras thrive.

I'm Lisa Sherman

I’m an acupuncturist with a background in molecular biology research. I believe in integrating the precision of Western science with the tradition of Eastern medicine, to provide effective, patient-centered care.

As a yoga teacher, and tai chi/qigong practitioner, I have a special interest in promoting the health benefits of mindful movement practices. I’m also an authorized meditation teacher via Buddhist Geeks.

I’ve been working with Libby and providing multi-modality support to hypermobile patients for the past five years, and am excited to bring what I have learned to the wider community of bendy people.

I'mĀ Mado Hesselink

I've been a movement educator for over 20 years. I'm also the tech nerd of the group and make everything work behind the scenes (so if something's broken, it's probably my fault). I founded Anatomy Bites with Libby in 2020 and have been studying hypermobile-friendly movement with her since then.Ā
